The KUKA flexibleCELL arc KP3 V2H robot cell is equipped with an automatic, horizontal 3-axis turnover positioner KP3 V2H. The positioner can be supplied with a payload capacity between 500 and 1,000 kilograms per side and with various distances between centers and turning circle radii. Loading/unloading parallel to the cycle time makes this cell variant suitable for higher production volumes of more complex components that need to be repositioned several times during the welding operation.

KUKA flexibleCELL: KP3 H2H
This variant of the KUKA flexibleCELL arc is equipped with an automatic, vertical 3-axis KP3 H2H turnover positioner. The positioner can be supplied with a payload capacity between 500 and 1,000 kilograms per side and with various distances between centers and turning circle radii. Loading/unloading parallel to the cycle time makes this robot cell suitable for higher production volumes of more complex components that need to be repositioned several times during the welding operation.
